Are these prices monthly?
Yes. Each amount is a monthly subscription in South African rand, excluding VAT.
How do we get started?
Send an enquiry with your employee count and tell us how your team communicates. We’ll help you find the right fit for your business.
How will employees send reports?
WhatsApp voice notes and WhatsApp text chat are the main way to speak up. Need email, Telegram, Discord, Slack or something else? Talk to us. We’ll make it work or find the best alternative. Staff use the reporting details shared by their employer.
Can employees report through this website chat?
No. The public sales chat and enquiry form answer product questions; they cannot receive or track workplace reports. Employees should use the reporting channel and responsible contact established by their employer. Leaving out a name does not make a WhatsApp account, email address or voice anonymous.
Is there a setup fee?
Self-service setup is free. If you need bespoke work or migration, talk to us about what you need and we’ll explain any extra cost upfront.
What if our employee count changes?
The displayed bands include their upper limit: a business with exactly 50 employees fits the up-to-50 plan. Declare your headcount monthly. Upgrades apply next cycle; downgrades follow two lower month-ends.
Does the subscription include professional case handling?
No. The subscription receives, organises and routes reports using AI, with self-service setup, guidance and administration. It includes no routine DutyDesk staff handling, support or onboarding. Your business retains substantive response and disciplinary decisions. Investigations, a staffed hotline, legal advice and a designated-officer mandate are outside these packages.
Can we enquire about professional HR advice?
Yes. DutyDesk is backed by 35 years of HR and whistleblowing experience. Optional ad hoc HR advice or help with a sensitive case is a separate service. Scope, fees and availability must be agreed before work begins; consulting is not included in the subscription.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Subscriptions are month-to-month. Give 30 calendar days’ notice to cancel; your subscription ends at the first billing boundary on or after that notice expires.
